摘　　要：文章从培养大学生创新能力的角度出发,分析了创新型人才的特征、硅谷创新文化的实质及大学实践教学的发展现状,探讨了大学实践教学的改革思路,提出了虚实结合的开放实验教学模式是培养学生创新能力的有效方法。From the perspective of cultivating college students'innovative ability,this paper analyzes the features of innovative talents,the essence of innovation culture in Silicon Valley and the development status of university experimental and practical teaching,discusses the reform ideas of teaching system,and proposes that the open experimental teaching mode with the combination of virtual and real experiments is the effective way to cultivate students'innovative ability.
