山西省安宁疗护护士关怀及共情能力调查研究

摘　　要：[目的]调查山西省安宁疗护护士关怀能力及共情能力,为安宁疗护护士培养提供参考。[方法]采用一般调查表、护士关怀能力量表和护士共情能力量表对参加安宁疗护会议的183名山西省安宁疗护护士进行调查。[结果]安宁疗护护士关怀能力得分为(188.44±23.25)分,共情能力得分为(49.37±10.46)分;Pearson相关分析显示,安宁疗护护士关怀与共情能力呈正相关;护士的认知、勇气、耐心对共情能力有影响(P<0.01)。[结论]山西省安宁疗护护士关怀能力和共情能力有待提高,应加强其对安宁疗护的认知与理解,为终末期病人提供良好的临终服务。Objective:To investigate ability of caring and empathy of care nurses in hospice care in Shanxi province,thus to provide reference for cultivation of hospice care professionals.Methods:A total of 183 hospice nurses in Shanxi province who attended conference related to hospice care,were investigated by the general questionnaire,nursing care ability scale and empathy ability scale.Results:Scores of caring ability and empathy ability of hospice nurses were 188.44±23.25 and 49.37±10.46 respectively.Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between hospice nurses′caring ability and empathy ability.Nurses′cognition,courage,and patience had an effect on empathy(P<0.01).Conclusion:The ability of caring and empathy of hospice nurses in Shanxi province need to be further improved.And nurses′cognition and understanding towards hospice care should be strengthened,looking forward to providing good hospice services for end-stage patients.
