大剂量羟考酮缓释片治疗晚期癌症疼痛的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:予晚期癌症疼痛患者行大剂量羟考酮缓释片治疗,分组探析临床影响。方法:研究对象为我院收治73例晚期癌症患者,均伴中度或重度癌痛,将其随机分为常规剂量组(n=36)、大剂量组(n=37),分别予以常规剂量羟考酮缓释片镇痛治疗、大剂量羟考酮缓释片镇痛治疗,比较镇痛效果、安全性、生活质量。结果:两组患者镇痛治疗前疼痛程度(VRS)数据相近(P>0.05);治疗后,大剂量组较常规剂量组疼痛率低(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应相比差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);大剂量组患者除经济压力评分低于常规剂量组以外,其他生活质量各项评分均高于常规剂量组(P<0.05)。结论:对晚期癌症疼痛患者的镇痛治疗中,采用大剂量羟考酮缓释片可改善患者生活质量,是安全有效的治疗方式。Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of high-dose oxycodone sustained-release tablets in patients with advanced cancer pain.Methods:73 patients with advanced cancer were treated in our hospital during this period.They were all accompanied by moderate or severe cancer pain.They were randomly divided into routine dose group(n=36)and large dose group(n=37).They were given routine dose of oxycodone sustained-release tablets for analgesia and large dose of oxycodone sustained-release tablets for analgesia respectively.The analgesic effect,safety and students were compared.Live quality.Results:The data of pain degree(VRS)before analgesia treatment were similar between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the pain rate of the high dose group was lower than that of the conventional dose group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life of the high dose group were higher than that of the conventional dose group except that the economic pressure score was lower than that of the conventional dose group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the analgesic treatment of patients with advanced cancer pain,the use of high dose oxycodone sustained-release tablets can improve the quality of life of patients,which is a safe and effective treatment.
