摘　　要："四月八"花米饭的制作与食用是赖洞村民间一个重要的节庆习俗。从赖洞村"四月八"花米饭习俗的表现方式、文化理论基础及其养生保健等方面初探其蕴涵的文化信息,有利于传承与弘扬当地少数民族特色饮食文化并助推其特色食品的开发。The production and consumption of the "Siyue Ba" flower rice is an important festival and customs in Laidong village. The article explores the cultural information contained in the "Siyue Ba" flower rice customs in expression style, cultural theory foundation, and health care in Laidong Village. This research can pass on and carry forward the local minority ethnic food culture and promote its development of specialty foods.
