口外弓前方牵引推磨牙远移治疗前牙反牙合磨牙远中关系错牙合畸形20例效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨口外弓前方牵引同时加推磨牙远移治疗前牙反牙合磨牙远中关系错牙合畸形的临床效果。方法选择替牙晚期恒牙早期前牙反牙合磨牙远中关系牙列拥挤患者20例,所有患者均使用口外弓前方牵引加推磨牙远移矫治器装置进行治疗,分别在治疗前(T1)、前方牵引加磨牙远移装置去除时(T2)拍摄头颅侧面定位片测量后得到数据。结果治疗前后A-VL、SNA、ANB、NA-PA指标变化,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用口外弓前方牵引联合推磨牙远移的方法治疗替牙晚期恒牙早期前牙反牙合伴磨牙远中关系错牙合畸形,能获得较为显著的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of anterior traction plus push molar distal displacement in the treatment of malocclusion of distal relation between anterior and posterior molar. Methods Choosing for dental late early permanent teeth against front teeth occlusal molar relationship between teeth in 20 cases of patients with crowded, should be used in all patients esrtuary bow front traction push molar far move and correcting device for treatment, respectively, before treatment(T1), traction and molar far ahead move device to remove(T2)data resulting from the measuring head lateral positioning films. Results The changes of a-vl, SNA, ANB and na-pa before and after treatment were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Using anterior traction of the external arch combined with distal molar displacement in the treatment of anterior reverse(occlusal)and distal molar malformation in the late permanent teeth and early molars can achieve a more significant therapeutic effect.
