终身性职业生涯发展意识的建构——美国儿童生涯辅导探析

摘　　要：儿童时期有效的职业生涯辅导对个人建构职业生涯终身可持续性发展意识具有积极的影响。美国颇为注重学校中职业生涯辅导的开展,从儿童到成人职业生涯辅导贯穿于美国的整个教育体系之中。美国对儿童开展的职业生涯辅导在关注个体的职业认知与自我认知的基础上,强调个体职业生涯发展探索能力的培养,通过职业生涯辅导的专门项目帮助儿童个体构建职业生涯理念和职业生涯终身发展意识。The effective career guidance in the period of child plays a positive role to help individual structure the sense of the lifelong development of career. American schools lay much emphasis on career development guidance, from the beginning of childhood until the end of higher education, career guidance intersects the whole system in America. Career guidance of childhood in America paies close attention to self cognition and vocation cognition and emphasize the culture of explore ability of career development. Through the specialized project helps children structure the idea of career and build the career development concepts to last a life time.
