摘 要:本文讨论了盐湖卤水离子膜电解生产单水氢氧化锂过程中产生富氧氯气的平衡应用,富氧氯气用于生产S-PVC、液氯过程中的危险性、经济性、产品品质成为了本成套工艺的技术瓶颈。通过电解槽阳极液加酸、变压吸附法氯气提纯、富氧氯气与氢气直接合成氯化氢,通过三种工艺方法的安全性、经济性分析比较,结论得出一种最佳的富氧氯气平衡应用工艺技术,即控制电解槽适当的加酸提高氯气纯度Cl2>93%V/V),再结合方案二就可实现安全、经济、高效的富氧氯气平衡应用,实现了整套工艺的清洁生产。This article discussesSalt lake brine ion membrane electrolysis productionIn the process of lithium hydroxide in single water Balanced Application of Oxygen Rich Chlorine, Oxygen rich chlorine gas used in production S-PVC, Risk in Liquid Chlorine Process, economic efficiency、Product quality has become the technical bottleneck of this set of process.
