摘  要:针对中国石油独山子石化公司炼油与化工生产经营实际与管理需要,在总部统一建设的炼油与化工生产运行系统15个功能模块之外,对实时采集数据进行了跨模块的深化应用,根据具体的需求,分别采用了不同的技术提取实时数据,完成部分模块的定制开发,本文把实施的数据采集技术方法归纳为组态虚拟计算位号动态显示实时数据、动态链接库的引用以编程方式提取实时数据、跨应用平台借助数据库包体函数提取实时数据三种类型,分别对其进行阐述,并将这些功能的应用范围、技术优势、关键技术等进行对比,这些技术实现后服务于生产和技术管理,也为将来应用提供技术参考。As for the actual refining and chemical production and management need required by the Petrochina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company, real time collected data has been deeply applied cross-modules beside the adoption of the 15 functional modules in the refining and chemical production operating system unified built under the Petrochina Headquarter. In line with actual requirements, different extracting techniques have been applied to collect the real time data and partial module’s customization and development has been completed through these extracting techniques. This article defines the data collecting techniques as three types, which are the technique of configuration virtually calculating the item number and dynamically displaying the real time data, the technique of adopting Dynamic Link Library(DLL) and collecting the real time data in the way of programming and the technique of collecting the real time data through the database package functions across the application platforms. Detailed explanations to these 3 techniques have been applied respectively and the comparisons for these function’s applied range, technical advantage and key technology have been made as well. When these techniques have been realized and served for the production and technical management, it may make a reference for future use.
