摘　　要：新时代经济发展背景下,高管团队特征对企业绩效的影响愈发明显,本文以此为出发点,研究新时代环境下高管团队特征与企业绩效之间的关系机制;并以2016年新三板市场挂牌的220家"软件和信息技术服务业"公司作为研究的样本数据,通过实证研究分析了新三板成功挂牌的软件和信息技术服务业公司的高管学历、高管平均年龄与公司成长性的相关性。Under the background of the economic development in the new era, the role of the characteristics of the senior management team has become more and more obvious in affecting the performance of the enterprise. Based on this research perspective,this paper aims to reveal the relationship mechanism between the characteristics of the senior management team and the performance of the enterprise in the new era. Based on the sample data of 220"software and information technology service"companies listed on the"New Third Board"in 2016, this paper studies and analyzes the correlation between the education background, the average age of senior managers and the corporate growth of software and information technology service companies listed on the"New Third Board".
