摘 要:区间直觉模糊数测度为计算基础依据,基于多属性群决策技术设计综合评价模型并验证可行性.区间直觉模糊数信息集结运算,以得分函数、TOPSIS.灰色关联、投影寻踪、相关系数和VIKOR法与之结合,以卫生应急能力评价为例验证可行性.基于区间直觉模糊数集结群信息,多种建模方案以经典算法为依据,从特定视角实施综合评价并阐述了主要结果.模糊数测度下群决策技术有适应性,资料特点、原理解读是选用条件,这些建模方案有待于类似应用研究者关注与探讨.Interval-valued intuitionist fuzzy information measure as calculation basis,com・prehensive evaluation models based on multi-attribute group decision-making technique was designed,whose feasibility was verified,interval-valued intuitionist fuzzy information was concentrated and computed,some methods was combined,such as Score function,TOPSIS,grey correlation,projection pursuit,coefficient of association and VIKOR.Hygiene emergency capability evaluation example was used to verify feasibility.Group information was concentrated based on interval-valued intuitionist fuzzy information,classical algorithm could offered basis for multiple modeling projects,main results of comprehensive evaluation was elaborated from specific angle of view.Group decision-making technique had adaptation under fuzzy number measure,data feature and principle explanation was selection condition,and those modeling projects were awaited attention and discussion for similar application researcher.
