摘　　要：罗通定是我国从传统中药中提取、研发的第一个神经性药物,在国内药物研发进程中具有较为重要的意义。其具有镇痛及助眠等多种作用。本文简要综述罗通定的药理机制、适应证、临床应用以及不良反应等研究进展,充分探讨该药的临床价值和前景,以期为医药开发、临床用药提供较为完整的理论依据和经验指导。Rotundine is the first neurogenic drug extracted and developed from traditional Chinese medicine in China,it is of great significance in the process of domestic drug research and development.This drug contains analgesia,hypnogenesis and other pharmacological effects.Based on retrospective study of the pharmacological mechanism,indications,clinical application and adverse reactions of rotundine,the clinical value and prospect of this drug were discussed as to provide a relatively complete theoretical basis and empirical guidance for the development of medicine and clinical medication.
