民办高校党风廉政建设的研究

摘　　要：近年来,随着高等教育的快速发展,民办高校出现了快速的突起,其也为社会、为国家培养了更多高素质的人才,不但推动了社会经济的发展,还达到了人才培养的目标。民办高校在办校遵旨方面注重了办学的特色,根据学生具体情况有针对性地进行了人才培养的计划,不但注重了理论知识的学习,还注重了对学生素质教育的培养。随着社会经济的不断发展,民办高校招生规模的不断扩大,其在反腐倡廉方面面临着新的形势变化,这也为民办高校党风廉政的建设带来了更大的挑战。该次研究就对民办高校党风廉政建设中遇到的问题进行了详细的分析,并提出了有效的创新措施。In recent years,with the rapid development of higher education,private colleges and universities have emerged rapidly,which has also trained more high-quality talents for the society and the country,not only promoted the social and economic development,but also achieved the goal of personnel training.Private colleges and universities pay attention to the characteristics of running a school in terms of the principles of running a school.According to the specific situation of the students,they have carried out a targeted talent training plan,which not only pays attention to the study of theoretical knowledge,but also pays attention to the cultivation of students’ quality education.With the continuous development of social economy and the continuous expansion of the enrollment scale of private colleges and universities,they are facing new changes in the aspect of anti-corruption,which also brings greater challenges to the construction of Party conduct and clean government in private colleges and universities.This study makes a detailed analysis of the problems encountered in the construction of Party conduct and clean government in private colleges and universities,and puts forward effective improvement measures.
