地方高职院校服务乡村振兴的村镇干部人才培养路径探究

摘　　要：实现乡村振兴,关键在于建立一支"懂农业、爱农村、爱农民"的基层干部队伍,而高职院校作为与地方社会经济发展联系最紧密的高等教育机构,在人才培养方面服务乡村振兴战略具有天然优势,该文以地方职业院校服务乡村振兴视角,总结、探索地方高职院校开展村镇干部人才培养的经验,通过分析现有农村人才培养存在的问题,探究了"政行校"三方协同、"市县镇"三级联动的村镇干部人才培养的路径和策略。To realize rural revitalization,the key is to build a "understand agriculture,love the countryside,peasant" grassroots cadres,higher vocational colleges and contact the local social and economic development as the most close of institutions of higher education,in terms of talent training service rural revitalization strategy has a natural advantage,in this paper,the perspective of rural revitalization of the local vocational colleges services to summarize and explore local higher vocational colleges to carry out the village cadre training experience,through the analysis of existing problems in personnel training of the countryside,explores the "" line of schools’ " tripartite coordination," cities and counties town three-level linkage of village cadres’ path and strategy of talent training.
