摘　　要：该文在梳理已有文献的基础上,结合当前高职院校学生资助工作实际,利用焦点小组讨论方式,构建发展性资助育人动态管理指标体系,为今后定量分析资助的实效性提供依据。On the basis of reviewing the existing literature and combining with the current practice of student aid in Higher Vocational colleges,this paper constructs a dynamic management index system of developmental aid education by using focus group discussion,which provides a basis for the quantitative analysis of the effectiveness of aid in the future.
