摘 要:设计短、长两种钢轨试验模型,采用力锤锤击激励方式,对比测试了吸振器安装前、后钢轨振动量级及钢轨振动衰减率的变化。试验结果表明,调频式动力吸振器在设计调谐频率附近(100~600 Hz)可有效地降低结构振动水平,原点垂向及横向主要响应峰值衰减均可达到3 dB以上。另外,吸振器可有效阻断振动能量沿轨面传递,在0.1~1 kHz的全频段内,钢轨振动衰减率均有不同程度增加。The short and long rail test models were designed.Through the test of hammer,the vibration level and the vibration attenuation rate of the rail were compared and tested before and after the damper installation.The results show that the tuned rail dynamic absorbers can effectively reduce the vibration level of the structure near the design tuning frequency(100~600 Hz),the main vertical and transverse max responses can be reduced by more than 3 dB.In addition,the vibration absorber can effec-tively block the transmission of vibration energy along the rail surface.Within the full frequency range of 0.1~1 kHz,the rail attenuation rate increases by varying degrees.
