摘  要:新中国成立70年来,我国教育管理研究取得了很大的进步:研究成果数量增多、研究队伍高度专业化、学术交流活动日趋丰富、研究主题不断扩大。同时,在研究方法上向多元综合研究范式转变;在研究内容上,围绕教育管理学科体系、研究对象与学科属性展开研究;在研究目的上,既主张教育管理理论自身的发展,更要求理论的发展要服务于中国教育改革的需要。尽管已有研究取得了较大的突破,但依然存在教育管理方法不完善、学科概念模糊、学科属性和研究对象不清晰、理论研究与实践应用不平衡等问题。在未来的教育管理研究中,学者应以复杂性思维整合教育管理研究方法,围绕"一体四翼"建构研究内容,平衡教育管理理论研究和实践应用的关系,并注重强化本土研究,建构中国特色的教育管理研究体系,服务教育强国战略。Since the founding of PRC 70 years ago, great progress has been made in the study of educational management theory. Through the analysis of the text, it is found that the number of research achievements of educational management theory is increasing, the research teams are highly specialized, the academic exchange activities are increasingly rich, and the research topics are constantly expanding. The research method has changed to the paradigm of multivariate comprehensive research. In terms of research content, the thesis focuses on the construction of educational management discipline system, research object and discipline attribute. In terms of research purposes, the author not only advocates the development of educational management theory itself, but also requires the development of theory to serve the needs of China’s educational reform. Although great breakthroughs have been made in the research, there are still some problems such as imperfect educational management methods,fuzzy concept of disciplines, unclear attributes of disciplines and research objects, and imbalance between theoretical research and practical application. In the theoretical study of the education management in the future, the authors should take complexity thinking to integrate education management research methods, focusing on the "one body four wings" to construct the research content, balance the relationship between the education management theory research and practice, and pay attention to strengthen the local research, construct the education management theory system with Chinese characteristics, and service the education strategy.
