论高等教育的现代化与现代性——基于关系思维方法论的考察

摘　　要：从理论上厘清高等教育现代化与高等教育现代性的关系是高等教育现代化研究一个无法绕过的课题。高等教育现代化是国家现代化或社会现代化的一个分支,其发展过程同国家或社会现代化过程总体上是一致的。高等教育现代性发端于中世纪大学,并随着高等教育现代化实践,在与传统断裂、与时代相契合过程中不断得到发展。从起因看,高等教育现代性是高等教育现代化之"因";从结果看,高等教育现代性是高等教育现代化之"果";从过程看,高等教育现代化与高等教育现代性存在互动关系。深入推进高等教育现代化,需要加强高等教育现代性研究,在把握高等教育现代化与高等教育现代性关系的基础上,推动高等教育现代化与高等教育现代性良好互动、共同提升。Theoretically clarifying the relationship between the modernization of higher education and the modernity of higher education is a topic that can not be bypassed in the study of higher education modernization.Modernization of higher education is a branch of national or social modernization, and its development process is consistent with the overall process of modernization of the country or society. The modernity of higher education originated in the middle ages, and it has been enriched and developed in the process of combining the traditional fracture and the times with the modernization of higher education. The modernity of higher education is the "cause" of the modernization of higher education from the perspective of reason. The modernity of higher education is the "fruit" of the modernization of higher education from the perspective of result. There is an interactive relationship between the modernization of higher education and the modernity of higher education from the perspective of process. In order to further promote the modernization of higher education, it is necessary to strengthen the research on the modernity of higher education and promote the good interaction and common promotion between the modernization and the modernity of higher education on the basis of grasping the their relationship.
