踝足矫形器结合足部按摩治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢运动功能和步行能力的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨踝足矫形器结合足部按摩治疗对脑卒偏瘫患者下肢运动功能和步行能力的影响。方法 2018年7月-2019年6月,选择在该院康复科治疗的脑卒中偏瘫患者104例患者作为研究对象。采取随机数字表法,将患者分为对照组和观察组2组,每组52例。对照组采取常规的康复治疗方法,观察组在此基础上,增加踝足矫形器结合足部按摩治疗的环节。从患者下肢运动功能评分和患者步行6 min的距离2方面,比较治疗效果。结果治疗2周和4周后,观察组下肢运动功能评分高于对照组,6 min步行距离长于对照组,相比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论踝足矫形器结合足部按摩治疗,有效提高了脑卒偏瘫患者的下肢运动功能和步行能力。Objective To investigate the effect of ankle foot orthosis combined with foot massage on lower extremity motor function and walking ability of patients with cerebral hemiplegia. Methods From July 2018 to June 2019, 104 patients were selected as research objects and divided into control group and observation sgroup. The control group adopted conventional rehabilitation treatment, and the observation group increased the link of ankle foot orthosis combined with foot massage therapy. The therapeutic effect was compared between the score of lower extremity motor function and the distance of 6 min walking. Results The lower extremity motor function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the walking distance of 6 min was longer than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion Ankle foot orthosis combined with foot massage can effectively improve the lower extremity motor function and walking ability of hemiplegia patients.
