摘　　要：高校班级是一个相对自由、宽松、民主的集体,班级管理需要发挥学生的主动性和参与性,而高校班主任是大学班级学生思想政治教育和日常管理工作的主要实施者,其重要性和地位不容忽视。但班主任工作繁杂琐碎,且班主任都有自身本职工作,常常导致班级管理的"真空区"。大学班主任助理角色的出现,在一定程度上弥补了"真空区",并在班级管理中发挥出积极作用。As a relatively free, loose and democratic collective, class management needs to give full play to students’ initiative and participation, while the class teacher is the main implementer of ideological and political education and daily management of college students, whose importance and status cannot be ignored. But the class teacher works multifarious trivial, and has own duty, it often causes "the vacuum area" on class management. The role of class teacher assistant makes up for the "vacuum area" to some extent and plays an active role in class management.
