摘　　要：少数民族学生进入高校后往往面临一系列问题,严重者会产生心理危机。问题的出现基于多种原因:学习基础差异,民族习惯差异,人际交往困境等。该研究从全人教育、精心服务、精细管理、加强投入等几个方面探讨解决问题的有效途径,促进学生健康成长。Minority students in colleges and universities often face a series of problems, it can produce the psychological crisis. Problems arise for various reasons: differences in learning basis, differences in ethnic habits, interpersonal difficulties, etc. This paper discusses the effective ways to solve the psychological problems of ethnic minorities from the aspects of whole-person education, careful service, fine management, and strengthening investment, so as to promote the healthy growth and success of ethnic minority students.
