摘　　要：深化创新创业教育改革,既是国家发展的需要,也是高校人才培养的需要。该文通过问卷调查、个案访谈等形式梳理了高职院校大学生创新创业团队的现状以及存在的问题,基于自组织理论视角,提出高职院大学生创新创业团队培育的有效路径。Deepening innovation and entrepreneurship education reform is not only the need of national development,but also the need of college personnel training.This paper combs the present situation and existing problems of college students Innovation and entrepreneurship team in higher vocational colleges through questionnaires and case interviews.Based on the perspective of self-organization theory,this paper puts forward an effective way for college students'innovation and entrepreneurship team cultivation.
