摘　　要：党的十八大以来,福建省深入实施创新驱动发展战略,不断提升科技创新能力。但福建科技创新发展的基础相对薄弱,企业创新动力不足、能力不强,创新激励政策和机制还不健全;要进一步完善创新环境,积极完善创新创业服务体系,激发全社会创新潜能,催生经济社会发展的新动力。Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Fujian Province has carried out the strategy of innovation-driven development in depth and continuously promoted its scientific and technological innovation capability.However,the foundation of technological innovation and development in Fujian is relatively weak,and the innovation motivation and incentive policies and mechanisms of enterprises are not perfect.We should further improve the innovation environment,actively improve the service system of innovation and entrepreneurship,stimulate the innovation potential of the whole society,and give birth to the new power of economic and social development.
