摘  要:在借鉴德国双元制成功模式的基础上,结合地域经济情况,充分利用学校和企业的资源优势,创新具有特色的职业教育校企人才共育模式,有助于建立和完善企业行业、职业院校参与职业教育的理论体系,以“双元制”职业教育人才培养为基础,结合职业院校人才培养模式改革,开展“本土化”实践。On the basis of the successful model of the German dual system,combined with the national conditions and regional conditions,the optimal combination and rational use of enterprise resources and school resources,and the combination of vocational education,school and enterprise talents,which is characteristic of its own,helps to establish and improve enterprises.The theoretical system of vocational and vocational colleges participating in vocational education is based on the training of"dual system"vocational education talents,combined with the reform of talent training mode in vocational colleges,and carries out the practice of"localization".
