摘　　要：就业诚信对于社会、高职院校和毕业生的重要性不言而喻,但造成大学生就业诚信缺失有着深刻的社会原因,诸如高校扩招之后严峻的就业形势、社会中各个领域的信用危机对大学生品格和信念的侵蚀等。该文利用理论和实践的视角对高职学生就业诚信问题进行系统的分析,研究高职院校毕业生就业诚信缺失背后的深层次原因并探究其差异性,寻求在社会诚信建设背景下多种就业联动机制,希冀从根本上提升高校毕业生就业能力和就业质量。Employment honesty plays an importance role to society,vocational colleges and graduates,however,it is not only for that college student themselves,but also for their profound social reasons,such as the employment situation after the expansion of college enrollment,the erosion of students'character and faith by the credit crisis in various fields of society.This paper makes a systematic analysis of employment honesty on higher vocational students from the perspective of theory and practice,research on higher vocational colleges graduates employment the profound reasons behind the lack of good faith and to explore its diversity,Seek to build a variety of employment linkage mechanism under the background of socialist core value system,We want to fundamentally improve the employability and quality of college graduates.
