摘  要:结合瑞士金融高等教育的发展概况,重点分析了瑞士金融业与高等教育的现状以及两者之间跨界融合的逻辑关系,并就此阐述其对于中国金融教育发展的启示。研究表明,应借鉴瑞士的成功经验,大力发展金融高等教育、职业教育、继续教育,积极培养金融应用型人才和创新人才,以金融科技推动金融业转型升级,助力金融业高质量发展。Based on the development of higher financial education in Switzerland,this study focuses on the analysis of the status quo of the Swiss financial industry and higher education as well as the logical relationship of the cross-border integration between the two,and expounds its enlightenment for the development of higher financial education in Guangdong and even in China.Research shows that Guangdong should learn from the successful experience of Switzerland,vigorously develop financial higher education,vocational education,continuing education,and actively cultivate financial application-oriented talents and innovative talents;and use fin-tech to promote the transformation and upgrading of the financial sector and promote its high-quality development.
