青岛市海洋生物产业空间布局与区位选择

摘　　要：运用核密度分析和标准差椭圆法刻画青岛市海洋生物产业的空间演化及产业关联特征,运用条件Logit模型分析海洋生物企业区位选择的影响因素。结果表明:①青岛市海洋生物产业的空间演变总体呈现单核集中到连片发展再到多中心集聚的格局,扩展趋势体现为老区向新区的辐射与扩张。②海洋生物产业与传统海洋渔业的空间分布范围均不断扩大,空间分布中心呈现相反的变化趋势,但两类产业均向黄岛区集聚;海洋生物产业与科技资源的空间集聚范围基本一致,发展特征具有区域异质性。③成本因素、交通区位因素对海洋生物企业的区位选择影响最大;生产销售型企业的影响因素更为多样,对相关产业的布局以及交通区位条件的要求更高。The spatial evolution and industrial association characteristics of marine biological industry in Qingdao City are depicted by using the nuclear density analysis and SDE of GIS.The influence factors of the location selection of marine biological enterprises are analyzed by the conditional logit model.The research shows that:①From the spatial evolution process of the marine biological industry in Qingdao,the overall trend of the distribution is the single core to the multi-center agglomeration and the expansion of the old area to the new area.②The spatial distribution of the marine biological industry and the traditional marine fishery is expanding.The distribution center shows the opposite trend,but the two industries are all gathered in Huangdao District.The spatial agglomeration of the marine biological industry and the scientific and technological resources is basically the same,the different regions show different development characteristics.③The agglomeration factors,the cost factors,the traffic location factors,the science and technology factors and the policy factors have a significant influence on the marine biological enterprises.The location selection of the industry has different influence,among which the factors of labor cost and the distance from the city center are the most,the factors of the production and sales enterprises are more diverse,and the distribution of related industries and the requirements of traffic location conditions are higher.
