温阳利水中药外敷治疗晚期结肠癌腹腔积液的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:温阳利水中药制剂对晚期结肠癌腹腔积液的临床疗效和安全性的研究结果总结和分析,对恶性腹腔积液的中医外治技术、方法进行了规范和推广。方法:本临床研究选取了恶性腹腔积液患者43例,随机分配2组,对照组22例采取利尿、补充白蛋白、静脉营养支持等内科治疗;21例治疗组,根据对照组的内科治疗基础上,加用温阳利水中药外敷神阙穴治疗。14天为一个治疗周期,比较治疗组和对照组治疗前后的症状、体征、生活质量的改善情况,并对温阳利水中药制剂的有效性进行评价。结果:本临床数据显示,温阳利水中药治疗晚期结肠癌腹腔积液能够减少腹腔恶性积液腹围,治疗前后数据对比具有统计学意义;能很好的改善腹胀、腹痛、呼吸困难等临床症状,KPS评分亦有一定程度改善。结论:研究显示温阳利水中药治疗晚期结肠癌腹腔积液的临床疗效是肯定的,在改善患者临床症状、体征及提高患者KPS评分等方面,值得临床推广。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Chinese medicine of warming Yang for diuresis in malignant ascites.The summary and analysis of the outcomes would standardize and promote the technology and approach of external application which was effective for malignant ascites and convenient for clinical practice.Methods:In this study,a total of 43 patients with malignant ascites were selected and randomly assigned to two groups.Patients in the control group(n=22)underwent medical treatment,including simple application of diuresis,albumin supplement and intravenous nutritional support.Subjects in the treatment group(n=21)received the external use of warming Yang for diuresis at Shenque acupoint based on medical treatment.The treatment lasted for 14 days.The efficacy of Chinese medicine of warming Yang for diuresis was assessed on the comparisons of symptoms,signs and improvement of life quality before and after treatment in the treatment group and control group.Results:As a result,Chinese medicine of warming Yang for diuresis could significantly reduce the abdominal girth caused by malignant ascites.In addition,it exerted an obvious alleviation of clinical symptoms,including abdominal distention,abdominal pain and dyspnea and could improve KPS score.Conclusion:Chinese medicine of warming Yang for diuresis did exert a positive clinical efficacy on treating malignant ascites,which alleviated the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,increased KPS score and deserved clinical promotion.
