董事会秘书背景特征与分析师关注度——基于中国上市公司的经验证据  

Background Characteristics of Secretary of the Board of Directors and Analyst Attention——Empirical Evidence Based on Listed Companies Data of China

摘　　要：选取2005-2015年中国A股上市公司数据作样本,实证检验了董事会秘书背景特征对分析师关注度的影响。研究发现:董事会秘书的财务经历越丰富,分析师关注度越大;董事会秘书的学历越高,分析师关注度越大;董事会秘书兼职时,分析师关注度会扩大。所得结论丰富了董事会秘书背景特征相关影响的研究,为董事会秘书的背景特征影响分析师的预测行为提供了经验证据,对上市公司科学聘任董事会秘书,增强分析师证券市场关注程度提供了理论依据,对资本市场信息的有效传递有一定的启示意义。By sampling listed companies of China from 2005 to 2015,the study empirically tests the impact of the background characteristics of the secretary of the board of directors on the degree of attention of analysts.The finding shows that the richer the financial experience the secretary has,the more attention analysts pay.The higher education the secretary gets,the more attention the analysts pay.When the board secretary takes on other duties,the analysts increase their attention.The result supplements the research about the related influence of the background characteristics of secretary,and provide empirical evidence that background characteristics of the board secretary affect the predictive behavior of the analyst.This paper provides some insight into how the company has attracted the attention of analysts in the securities market with the appointment of the secretary of the board of directors.On the basis,this also has some informative significance on the effective transmission of capital market information.
