摘　　要：胆管内乳头状肿瘤(IPNB)是一组少见的胆管肿瘤性疾病,有不同的分类标准,预后好于传统胆管癌。由于发病率低,临床医师对其缺乏认识。综述了近年来IPNB的病因与发病机制、病理特点、临床特征、鉴别诊断、治疗及预后等方面研究进展,以期提高临床医师对IPNB的诊疗水平。Intraductal papillary neoplasm of the bile duct (IPNB) is a rare type of bile duct tumors with different classification criteria and has a better prognosis than cholangiocarcinoma. Clinicians lack the awareness of this disease due to its low incidence rate. This article reviews recent research advances in the etiology and pathogenesis, pathological characteristics, clinical features, differential diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of IPNB, in order to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment of IPNB.
