摘 要:《国家职业教育改革实施方案》发布后,职业院校教师职称评定、"双师型"教师认定等发生变化,青年教师职业成长驱动因素人力资本、社会资本、心理资本、组织环境受《方案》的正负双向影响,同时,在职业院校一贯重视技能大赛、教学比赛的作用下,青年教师工作满意度、组织承诺、离职倾向发生更加复杂的变化。基于中职青年教师职业成长驱动因素及关联效应的分析,作者提出应根据青年教师特点制定职业成长规划、摒弃过分重视技能大赛、教学比赛等建议。After the promulgation of the National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan,the professional title evaluation of teachers in Vocational Colleges and the identification of''double-qualified''teachers have changed.Human capital,social capital,psychological capital and organizational environment,which are the driving factors of young teachers'professional growth,are affected by both positive and negative aspects of the Plan.At the same time,under the constant attention paid by vocational colleges to skill contests and teaching contests,young people Teachers'job satisfaction,organizational commitment and turnover intention have undergone more complex changes.Based on the analysis of the driving factors and related effects of young teachers'career growth in secondary vocational schools,the author proposes that career growth planning should be formulated according to the characteristics of young teachers,and that skills competitions and teaching competitions should be abandoned.
