摘　　要：目的:观察社会经济地位指标(学历和工作种类)对澳门市民体质水平和体育锻炼参与度的影响,进一步探讨社会经济地位是否通过影响体育锻炼,进而影响市民的体质水平。方法:基于2015年澳门特别行政区市民体质监测数据库,运用Logistic回归方法进行分析。结果:回归分析表明,学历程度与参加体育锻炼存在显著相关性,学历程度与体质水平存在显著相关性。结论:1)澳门市民体质水平在不同社会经济地位上存在差异,偏向高学历者和非体力劳动者;澳门市民体育锻炼参与度在不同社会经济地位上存在差异,偏向高学历者,不同工作种类市民的差异不明显;2)学历是影响澳门市民体育锻炼和体质水平的重要因素,并且学历能够通过影响体育锻炼进而影响体质水平,尤其是男性市民。Objective:To observe the influence of socioeconomic status indexes(education and types of labor)on the physical fitness level of Macao residents and their participation in physical exercise,to further explore whether the socioeconomic status can affect the physical fitness level of the residents through the influence of physical exercise.Methods:Based on the 2015 database of the physical fitness of residents in Macao Special Administrative Region,this paper analyzed with logistic regression method.Results:Logistic regression analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between educational background and physical exercise participation,and there was a significant correlation between educational background and the level of physical fitness.Conclusion:1)The physical fitness level of Macao residents was different in different socioeconomic status,and it was biased towards the higher educated and non-manual workers.The participation of Macao citizens in physical exercise was different in different socioeconomic status,and it was biased towards the higher educated.The difference between different types of work was not obvious;2)education was an important factor that influenced the physical exercise and physical fitness of Macao citizens and education can influence physical fitness through physical exercise,especially for male citizens.
