摘　　要：目的:探讨𬌗支托窝牙本质敏感采用3种牙本质脱敏剂治疗的临床效果。方法:选取𬌗支托窝牙本质敏感牙240颗,按随机分组法分为A、B、C这3组,每组80颗,分别采用Gluma脱敏剂、不含氟钾酚醛树脂脱敏剂、氟钾酚醛树脂脱敏剂进行脱敏治疗,比较3组的脱敏效果和疼痛情况。结果:行脱敏治疗2个月后,A组脱敏有效率低于C组,VAS评分更高;3个月后,B组脱敏有效率低于C组且VAS评分更高(P<0.05)。结论:氟钾酚醛树脂脱敏剂和不含氟钾酚醛树脂脱敏剂的脱敏效果比Gluma脱敏剂明显更好,且氟钾酚醛树脂脱敏剂的脱敏效果更持久。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of three dentin desensitizers on the hypersensitivity of the abutment.Methods:Two hundred and forty teeth with dentin sensitivity were randomly divided into group A,B and C with 80 teeth each.Gluma desensitizer,desensitizer without fluoro potassium phenolic resin and desensitizer with fluoro potassium phenolic resin were used to desensitize the teeth,respectively.The desensitization effect and pain were compared within the three groups.Results:The desensitization efficiency was lower and the VAS score was higher in group A than group C at two months after desensitization.The desensitization efficiency was lower while the VAS score was higher in group B than group C at three months after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The desensitization effect of Gluma desensitizer is significantly lower than that of the other two desensitizers,and the desensitization effect of desensitizer with fluoro potassium phenolic resin is better than the one without fluoro potassium phenolic resin.
