摘　　要：日本利用占领地普通民众进行人体试验的战争罪行事实已确凿无疑,但已往研究的实证材料主要来自于微观执行环节的当事人口述,或是疑似人体试验的数据资料和论文,对于日军有组织、有目的地系统性实施人体试验的考察,尚缺乏权威一手直证资料。《极秘·驻蒙军冬季卫生研究成绩》详细记录了驻蒙军进行冬季人体试验研究的背景、目的及结果,在有效填补上述缺憾的同时,明证“人体试验”是在特定时代背景下,日本军界与医学界相勾结,假科学名义而实施的战争暴行。There is no doubt that Japan's war crimes of using ordinary people in occupied areas in China to carry out human experiments have been confirmed,but the evidence mainly comes from micro-executive links,such as war criminals'confession and party recalls,or research papers suspected of conducting human experiment.There is lack of systematic authoritative and key first-hand evidence to prove human experiments organized by the Japanese army.Winter Health Research Achievements of the Extremely Armed Forces in the Mongolian Army effectively fills this gap.This paper studies the background,purpose and results of the so-called winter research,and then clarifies that human experiments are the collusion between the military and medical circles in the context of Japan's specific era,and implemented in the name of science.
