摘　　要：免疫检查点抑制剂治疗恶性肿瘤过程中可诱发自身免疫性垂体炎(IH)。其发病率与药物种类有关。临床表现不特异,常合并垂体前叶功能减退,影像学检查可见垂体弥漫性增大。治疗主要是长期的激素替代治疗,不推荐大剂量糖皮质激素冲击治疗。Immunotherapy induced hypophysitis(IH)has been demonstrated an autoimmune adverse effect of immune checkpoint inhibitors treatment of malignant tumors.The incidence of IH depends on types of immunotherapeutic agents.Patients with IH often present non-specific symptoms,ACTH,TSH and gonadotrophin deficiencies,and radiographic pituitary enlargement.Hormone replacement is recommended to be applied on IH patients.Highdose glucocorticoids but not supported by recent studies.This study systematically reviewed the prevalence,epidemiological characteristics,clinical characteristics,treatment and prognosis of IH.
