摘  要:采用比色法测定L-岩藻糖,L-岩藻糖的吸光值在0~18μg/mL呈良好的线性关系;采用热水浸提法提取海茸中L-岩藻糖,其含量为5.790%,回收率为94.46%,重复性和精密度良好。采用硫酸钡比浊法测定海茸中L-岩藻糖中硫酸基含量,硫酸根浓度的吸光值在0~24μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,测定SO42-含量为3.746%,回收率为95.28%,相对标准偏差为3.68%,重复性和精密度良好。最后测定海茸中褐藻胶含量为74.5%。L-fucose is determined by colorimetry,and the absorbance value of L-fucose has a good linear relationship from 0μg/mL to 18μg/mL,L-fucose is extracted by hot water extraction,the content is 5.790%,the recovery rate is 94.46%,the repeatability and precision are good.Barium sulfate turbidimetric method is used to determine the content of sulfuric acid in L-fucose of seaweed.The absorbance value of sulfuric acid has a good linear relationship in the range of 0~24μg/mL.The content of SO42- is 3.746%,the recovery rate is 95.28%,the relative standard deviation is 3.68%,and the repeatability and precision are good.Finally,the content of sodium alginate in seaweed is 74.5%.
