摘　　要：基础研究是科技与经济发展的源泉和后盾,对于提升国家竞争力有着重要的作用。文章首先探讨了基础研究和基础研究竞争力的衡量指标,其次对基础研究竞争力的影响因素进行了分析,最后提出高校提升基础研究竞争力的对策。Basic research is the source and backing of science and technology and economic development,and it plays an important role in improving national competitiveness.The article first discusses the basic research and basic research competitiveness measurement indicators,secondly analyzes the influencing factors of basic research competitiveness,and finally proposes countermeasures for improving the competitiveness of basic research in universities.
