摘　　要：文章就石河子大学农学院植保学科对本专业来华硕士留学生的情况进行分析,制订了留学生的培养方案和目标,进行了课程体系优化,强化了实践培养环节,组建了导师组制度,并开展了校企合作办学和建立了留学生实训基地。通过探索实践,力求培养一批既有扎实专业功底,同时又知华、友华的紧缺战略性国际人才,这也是兵团高校通过“丝绸之路”项目提升学科“双一流”建设和践行“一带一路”倡议的具体体现。In this article,the plant protection discipline of Shihezi University analyzed the situation of foreign students in China,formulated the training plan and objectives of the students,optimized the curriculum system,strengthened the practical training link,established the tutor group system,carried out the school enterprise cooperation and established the training base for foreign students.Through exploration and practice,we strived to cultivate a group of strategic international talents who have solid professional skills and know China friendly.The"double first-class"discipline was promoted by the"Silk Road"project in the Bintuan universities and the"Belt and Road"strategic initiative is reflected and implemented.
