摘　　要：随着高等教育大众化进程的深入推进,各高校对多样化人才的输出越来越重视,同时如何对人才多样化的培养模式进行创新与改革已成为各大高校的一项重要课题。针对以上问题,文章以多样化人才培养模式的含义、目标作为探讨对象,并以河南科技大学人才多样化培养方案为例,对地方高校多样化人才培养模式的改革进行了研究。With the deepening of the process of the popularization of higher education,colleges and universities are more and more attention to the diversity of talents.At the same time,how to innovate and reform the diversified training model of talents has become an important issue for universities.Aiming at the above problems,the article aims to explore the meaning of the diverse talents training model.And taking the talent training program of Henan University of Science and Technology as an example,the reform of the training mode of the local colleges and universities is studied.
