尿酸水平检测在帕金森病患者治疗中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨帕金森病药物治疗前后尿酸水平的波动与临床用药的相关性。方法回顾性分析2017年6月~2019年6月确诊的80例帕金森病患者的临床资料,设为观察组,同期调取健康体检的80例正常人的体检数值作为对照组。观察组服用多巴丝肼联合吡贝地尔药物治疗,疗程1个月。观察并记录疗效,结合统一帕金森病评定量表(UPDRSⅢ)评分;比较患者血尿酸水平的变化以及与对照组的差异。结果观察组患者血尿酸水平显著低于健康对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后血尿酸水平比治疗前升高(P<0.05);且观察组药物治疗后UPDRSⅢ评分明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论尿酸水平的检测可以反映帕金森病患者症状改善情况,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the correlation between the flucyuation of uric acid level before and after the treatment of Parkinson’s disease and clinical medication.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with Parkinson's disease who were diagnosed in the period of June 2017 to June 2019 in the hospital were analyzed,and they were labeled as the observation group.And 80 healthy persons who taken body examination in the hospital were selected as the control group.Patients in the observation group were given Levodopa and Benserazide Hydrochloride,and combined with piribedil.The patients were treated for 1 month.The efficacy and the scores of unified Parkinson disease rating scaleⅢ(UPDRSⅢ)of the patients were observed and recorded.The changes of uric acid level in patients with Parkinson’s disease before and after the treatment were compared.And the changes of serum uric acid level between the 2 groups were compared.Results The serum uric acid level of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The serum uric acid level of the observation group after the treatment was significantly increased than that before the treatment(P<0.05).The scores of UPDRSⅢin the observation group after the treatment were significantly lower than those before the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The results of this study have shown that the detection of uric acid level could reflect the improvement of symptoms of Parkinson’s disease,which has a high clinical application and drug development value.
