口腔正畸治疗中口外弓支抗与微型钛钉种植体支抗的应用分析

摘　　要：目的研究口腔正畸治疗中口外弓支抗与微型钛钉种植体支抗的应用效果。方法选取于2017年3月~2018年9月收治的78例口腔正畸患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表平均分为对照组和研究组,每组39例。对照组选用口外弓支抗,研究组选用微型钛钉种植体支抗;比较两组治疗前后尖牙间宽度、下齿槽座角、上齿槽座角、磨牙位移、上颌中切牙倾角差、上颌中切牙凸距差与治疗后口腔健康相关生活质量(OHRQOL)量表评分、不良反应发生率。结果两种治疗前尖牙间宽度、下齿槽座角、上齿槽座角、磨牙位移、上颌中切牙倾角差、上颌中切牙凸距差无差异(P>0.05);对比治疗前,两组治疗后各项指标均明显改善,且研究组治疗后各项指标改善程度更优,OHRQOL量表评分更高,不良反应发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论口腔正畸治疗中微型钛钉种植体支抗的应用效果显著,有利于提升患者口腔健康水平,且不良反应少。Objective To study the effect of external arch anchorage and mini titanium nail implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment.Methods 78 cases of orthodontic patients were selected as the research objects.They were hospitalized from March 2017 to September 2018.According to the random number table,they were divided into control group and study group,39 cases in each group.Extraoral arch anchorage was used in the control group and mini titanium nail implant anchorage was used in the study group.Intercanine width,lower alveolar seat angle,upper alveolar seat angle,molar displacement,maxillary central incisor inclination difference,maxillary central incisor convex distance difference and oral health-related quality of life(OHRQOL)scale score after treatment,incidence of adverse reactions of 2 groups were compared.Results There was no difference in width between canines,lower alveolar seat angle,upper alveolar seat angle,molar displacement,maxillary central incisor inclination angle difference and maxillary central incisor convex distance difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the indexes of the 2 groups were significantly improved.The improvement degree of the indexes of the study group was better after treatment.In the study group,the score of OHRQOL scale was higher,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mini-titanium nail implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment has significant effect,which is conducive to improving the oral health level of patients with fewer adverse reactions,and is worthy of promotion and application.
