摘 要:为了解决传统材料市场非合作条件下,供应链双方各自作出决策,无法实现共赢局面的问题,引入有价格折扣的Stackelberg博弈模型;供应商与承包商通过博弈的方法确定价格折扣率的范围以及承包商对应最优订货批量的倍数,以达到减少承包商订货成本、增加供应商利润的目的,同时使整个供应链系统达到最优。理论推导和基于Stackelberg博弈模型的数值仿真结果表明,对于整个供应链系统,采用价格折扣模式,承包商年订货成本有效减少,同时供应商提高了年供货利润,此时由单个供应商与单个承包商组成的二级供应链系统达到最优,实现了双赢的目的。To solve the problem that the supply chain sides made their own decisions in traditional materials market under non-cooperative conditions,and could not achieve the win-win situation,the Stackelberg game model with price discounts was introduced.The supplier and the contractor used the game method to determine the range of price discount rate and the multiple of corresponding order quantity of the contractor,which could reduce the ordering cost of the contractor and increase the profit of the supplier.The entire supply chain system was optimized at the same time.Through theoretical derivation and numerical simulation based on Stackelberg game model,it is shown that for the entire supply chain system,the price discount model is adopted,the annual order cost of the contractor is effectively reduced,and the supplier increases the annual supply profit.The two-echelon supply chain system consisting of a single contractor and a single contractor is optimal and achieves the goal of win-win.
