摘　　要：经络传变顺序反映了病邪所在位置,通过诊察经络的状态可以判断病邪所在经络的层次,推测邪气侵袭的部位;气血具有不断变动的特质,经络作为人体气血运行的通道,必也有特殊的运行规律,通过经脉气血流注的时间特征来判断疾病的性质;经络气血传递至相应的脏腑组织、五官九窍、四肢百骸,反映经络功能状态,从而判断疾病的轻重以及病势的转归。通过辨识病邪在脏腑与肢体的内在关系、时间进程中的内在变化、气血流注时的空间层次,推测经络病机为经络病机体系构建提供新的视角和思路。The sequence of transmission of meridian and collaterals reflects the location of pathogenic diseases.By examining the performance of the meridians,we can judge the level of the meridians where the pathogenic diseases are located,and speculate on the location of the invasion of evil Qi.There must also be a special law of operation,judging the nature of the disease by the temporal characteristics of the flow of Qi and blood through the meridians;the transmission of Qi and blood from the meridians to the corresponding viscera tissues,five organs and nine orifices,and all limbs,reflecting the functional state of the meridians,so as to judge the severity of the disease and the outcome.By identifying the internal pathological relationship between the organs and limbs,the changes in the process of time,and the spatial level of the injection of Qi and blood,the meridian and collaterals are inferred.Pathogenesis provides a new perspective and train of thought for the construction of meridian pathogenesis system.
