《外科证治全生集》中的“阳和”思想研究

摘　　要：在清代医家王维德所著的《外科证治全生集》中,记载了以“阳和”治法为核心思想所创立的阳和汤、阳和丸以及阳和解凝膏,用以治疗阴寒凝结、经脉壅滞、气血失和所导致的痈疽,其组方选药灵活,理法清晰,涵盖阴疽发生发展的全过程,兼顾表里病因两方面,并有内服外用剂型之分别,临床应用的关键在于把握阴疽“阳虚寒凝”的核心病机。深入挖掘王维德的“阳和”思想,灵活理解“阳和”的含义,合理选择适用的方药,可促进“阳和”思想在疾病治疗中的应用,亦能推动当代中医外科学的发展。In the Qing dynasty,a physician named WANG Wei-de recorded“Yang He”in treatment as the core ideas founded by Yang-he Decoction,Yang-he Pill and Yang-he Coagulation in his work Life-saving Manual of Diagnosis and Treatment of External Diseases,used to treat ulcer of Yin cold coagulation,meridian obstruction,Qi and blood disharmony with flexible choice of medicine and clear method,covering the whole process of occurrence and development of Yin carbuncle.The key to clinical application lies in grasping the core pathogenesis of Yin carbuncle“Yang deficiency and cold coagulation”,exploring WANG Wei-de's"Yang He"Thought,flexibly understand the meaning of“Yang He”,reasonable choice of applicable prescriptions,can promote the application of"Yang He"thought in the treatment of diseases,can also promote the development of contemporary Chinese medicine surgery.
