摘　　要：针对新建本科院校实验教师在大一新生无机化学实验教学过程中遇到的问题,我们对无机化学实验课程“多元化考核”体系进行了构建和探索,建立了以“教师评价和学生互评”为主,“网络问卷调查评价”和“综合实验技能考核评价”为辅的无机化学实验考核体系。在“多元化考核”体系经过多次完善后,实验教师在运城学院化学专业的无机化学实验课程教学中进行了实践。实践结果表明,无机化学实验“多元化考核”体系能够准确地评价出学生真实的实验水平,在一定程度上提高了学生的动手能力、创新意识及团队合作能力,这为学生学习后续的化学实验课程打下了坚实的基础。该“多元化考核”体系值得在新建本科院校的无机化学实验教学中进行推广。In view of the problems encountered in the teaching of inorganic chemistry experiment in the freshmen of Newly-built Undergraduate Colleges experimental teacher,the"diversified assessment"system of inorganic chemistry experiment course was constructed and explored.And the assessment system of inorganic chemistry experiment was established mainly based on"teacher evaluation and student mutual evaluation"and supplemented by"network questionnaire evaluation"and"comprehensive experimental skill assessment evaluation".After many improvements,the"diversified assessment"system was practiced in the teaching of inorganic chemistry experiment course of chemistry major in Yuncheng University.The practical results showed that the"diversified assessment"system of inorganic chemistry experiment can accurately evaluate the students real experimental level,and improve the students practical ability,innovative consciousness and teamwork ability to a certain extent,which lays a solid foundation for students to learn the following chemistry experiment courses.The"diversified assessment"system is worth popularizing in inorganic chemistry experiment teaching of Newly-built Undergraduate Colleges.
