自拟疏肝健脾汤加减治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析自拟疏肝健脾汤加减治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法该次研究方便选取该院2013年4月—2018年6月收治的60例功能性消化不良患者为研究对象,依据患者治疗方法不同,分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,其中观察组患者使用自拟疏肝健脾汤加减治疗方案,对照组患者使用复合消化酶治疗方案,该次研究中观察组患者使用的疏肝健脾汤为该院自拟中药方剂,记录并分析两组患者临床治疗效果、治疗后复发情况,对比两组患者各项数据。结果观察组患者经治疗后,20例显效,9例有效,1例无效,总治疗有效率为96.67%;对照组患者经治疗后,17例显效,6例有效,7例无效,总治疗有效率为76.67%,分析观察组与对照组患者临床治疗效果,前者显著优于后者,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.192,P<0.05);患者治疗后3个月走访结果显示:观察组患者中1例复发,复发率为3.33%,;对照组患者中11例复发,复发率为36.67%,分析观察组与对照组患者治疗后复发情况,前者优于后者,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.417,P<0.05)。结论使用自拟疏肝健脾汤加减治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果良好,患者经治疗后各项临床症状消失或得到明显缓解,可提高生活水平,临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of self-made Soothing Liver and Strengthening Spleen Decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods Sixty patients with functional dyspepsia admitted to the hospital from April 2013 to June 2018 were Conveniently selected in the study.According to the different treatment methods,the patients were divided into observation group and control group.Each group had 30 cases.Among them,the observation group used self-made Soothing Liver and Strengthening Spleen Decoction plus or minus treatment plan,and the control group patients used the compound digestive enzyme treatment program.In this study,the patients in the observation group used Soothing Liver and Strengthening Spleen Decoction as the self-made Chinese medicine prescription,the clinical treatment effect and recurrence after treatment were analyzed,and the data of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,20 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective,1 cases was ineffective,and the total effective rate was 96.67%.After treatment,17 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,7 cases were ineffective,and the total treatment efficiency was 76.67%.The clinical treatment effect of the observation group and the control group was significantly better than the latter.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=5.192,P<0.05).The results of the visit after three months of treatment showed 1 patient in the observation group had a recurrence with a recurrence rate of 3.33%.Among the control group,11 cases had recurrence,and the recurrence rate was 36.67%.The recurrence of the observation group and the control group after treatment was better than the latter.Data differences were statistically significant(χ^2=10.417,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of self-made Soothing Liver and Strengthening Spleen Decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia is good.The clinical symptoms disappeared or significantly relieved after treatment,the quality of life impr
