摘 要:目的探讨化学发光免疫法(CLIA)在肿瘤生物标志物检验中的应用价值。方法研究时间以2017年12月—2018年12月为准,随机选择该时间段内的85例肿瘤患者和85名健康志愿者作为研究对象。所有人员均采用CLIA法检测AFP、CEA、CA125、CA153、CA199等肿瘤标志物。记录两组肿瘤标志物检出值及阳性率。结果患病组患者AFP、CEA、CA125、CA153、CA199等标志物值分别为(10.45±2.21)ng/mL、(7.05±2.49)ng/mL、(44.47±7.76)U/mL、(39.65±2.45)ng/mL、(42.17±4.82)U/mL均显著高于健康组的(4.14±0.22)ng/mL、(1.84±0.47)ng/mL、(5.54±1.88)U/mL、(4.16±1.07)ng/mL、(12.71±2.40)U/mL,差异有统计学意义(t1=11.271,t2=20.105,t3=17.132,t4=17.469,t5=11.472;P<0.05);患病组阳性检出率96.47%(82/85)明显高于健康组5.88%(5/85),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=139.581,P<0.05)。结论化学发光免疫法在肿瘤生物标志物检验中具有较高的临床价值,可为疾病诊断、治疗和预后提供依据。Objective To investigate the application value of chemiluminescence immunoassay(CLIA)in the detection of tumor biomarkers.Methods The study time was based on December 2017 to December 2018,and 85 tumor patients and 85 healthy volunteers in this time period were randomLy selected as subjects.All people used the CLIA method to detect tumor markers such as AFP,CEA,CA125,CA153,and CA199.The detection values and positive rates of the two groups of tumor markers were recorded.Results The markers of AFP,CEA,CA125,CA153 and CA199 in the sick group were(10.45±2.21)ng/mL,(7.05±2.49)ng/mL,(44.47±7.76)U/mL,(39.65±2.45)ng/mL,(42.17±4.82)U/mL were significantly higher than the healthy group(4.14±0.22)ng/mL,(1.84±0.47)ng/mL,(5.54±1.88)U/mL,(4.16±1.07)ng/mL,(12.71±2.40)U/mL,the difference was statistically significant(t1=11.271,t2=20.105,t3=17.132,t4=17.469,t5=11.472;P<0.05);the positive detection rate of the sick group was 96.47%(82/85)was significantly higher than the healthy group by 5.88%(5/85),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=139.581,P<0.05).Conclusion Chemiluminescence immunoassay has high clinical value in the detection of tumor biomarkers and can provide a reliable basis for disease diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.
