厄贝沙坦联合血栓通注射液对减少糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨厄贝沙坦联合血栓通注射液治疗糖尿病肾病的效果。方法 2018年1-6月间选98例糖尿病肾病患者,分为对照组(49例)、观察组(49例),观察组采用厄贝沙坦联合血栓通注射液治疗,对照组采用厄贝沙坦进行治疗。结果观察组的显效和有效人数及有效率均高于对照组,观察组各指标(尿蛋白)下降幅度也显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦联合血栓通能显著降低尿蛋白等指标,有效治疗糖尿病肾病。Objective To investigate the effect of irbesartan combined with Xueshuantong injection on diabetic nephropathy.Methods From January to June 2018 98 patients with diabetic nephropathy were divided into control group(49 cases) and observation group(49 cases). The observation group was treated with irbesartan combined with Xueshuantong injection, and the control group was treated with irbesartan. Results The effective and effective number and effective rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group. The decrease of each index(urine protein) in the observation group was also significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Irbesartan combined with thrombus can significantly reduce urine protein and other indicators, and effectively treat diabetic nephropathy.
