地方高校二级学院教学档案管理现状与创新模式研究

摘　　要：地方高校二级学院的教学档案揭示了学校实际的教学质量、管理水平和教学评价体系,是衡量学校教学活动、科研活动和教学管理质量的重要指标,也是评价学校办学能力优劣的主要指标。文章探讨了高校二级学院教学档案管理的现状及存在的问题,分析了现有教学档案管理模式的优缺点,提出了提高二级学院教学档案管理工作水平的创新模式,即建立信息数字化、标签化的教学档案管理模式,以及强化档案管理意识,组织培训,提高全体档案管理人员素质等策略。The teaching files of the secondary colleges in local colleges and universities reveal the actual teaching quality,management level and teaching evaluation system of the school,which are important indicators to measure the quality of teaching activities,scientific research activities and teaching management of the school,as well as the main indicators to evaluate the quality of the school running ability.This paper discusses the current situation and existing problems of teaching archives management in secondary colleges,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing teaching archives management mode,and puts forward an innovative mode to improve the level of teaching archives management in secondary colleges,that is,to establish a digital and labeled teaching archives management mode,to strengthen the awareness of archives management,to organize training,and to improve the management of all archives Personnel quality and other strategies.
