摘 要:第X采油厂通过系统分析集输能耗特点,挖掘系统潜力,采取全过程点段控制的方法,开展天然气消耗管理工作。通过将天然气管理工作向源头拓展,减少低效、无效消耗,挖掘潜力;通过采取分级管理,发挥各单位管理上、技术上的优势,充分调动参与积极性;通过开展过程管理,在实践中不断丰富内容,保障措施效果,累计减少天然气消耗5.014×10^7 m^3,折合66686.2 t(标煤),相当于减少164248.1 t CO2排放量,环境效益明显。The X oil production plant analyzes the characteristics of energy consumption of gathering and transportation system,excavates the potential of the system,adopts the method of whole process point segment control,and carries out the management of natural gas consumption.By expanding the management of natural gas to the source,reducing the inefficient and ineffective consumption and tapping the potential;by adopting hierarchical management,giving full play to the management and technical advantages of each unit,fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of participation;by carrying out process management,constantly enriching the content in practice and ensuring the effect of measures,the cumulative reduction of natural gas consumption is 5.014×10^7 m^3,which is equivalent to 66686.2 t Standard coal,equivalent to 164248.1 t reduction of carbon dioxide emissions,has obvious environmental benefits.
