摘　　要：随着电子信息技术的发展,高校档案的管理模式已由传统的纸质管理逐渐向电子信息化和数字化管理模式转变。相对于传统的档案管理模式,电子档案管理模式在应用中能够有效地规避很多问题,作为档案信息中非常重要的一部分,高校电子档案是非常重要的档案资源。在文章的介绍中主要是针对高校电子档案集中管理模式进行了分析和研究,希望可以为广大高校管理工作人员提供参考依据,促进档案管理工作的高效进行。With the development of electronic information technology,the management mode of university archives has gradually changed from traditional paper management to electronic information and digital management mode.Compared with the traditional archives management mode,electronic archives management mode can effectively avoid many problems in the application.As a very important part of archives information,electronic archives in colleges and universities are very important archives resources.This paper mainly analyzes and studies the centralized management mode of electronic archives in colleges and universities,hoping to provide reference for the management staff of colleges and universities and promote the efficient management of archives.
